What is this position about?
This is a hybrid role split evenly between hands-on software development and internal developer enablement. The engineer will act as a force multiplier for engineering teams by reducing friction across the development lifecycle, providing clear and opinionated guidance, and improving internal tooling (including the companyâs AI coding tools such as Claude). We are hiring two engineers and aim to onboard as soon as possible.

Senior fullstack engineer builds vault infrastructure, automation pipelines, and APIs for alternative asset management and enterprise integrations.
Alt is unlocking the value of alternative assets, starting with the $5 B trading-card market. We let collectors buy, sell, vault, and finance their cards in one place and we are backed by leaders at Stripe, Coinbase, Seven Seven Six, and pro athletes like Tom Brady and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Our next frontier is real-time pricing at scaleâthe Alt Value that powers every trade, loan, and product on the platform.
Weâre looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help build Alt Vault into a standalone, $100M+ business. You wonât just be writing features â youâll be the founding engineer of a business unit thatâs expanding from trading cards into watches, art, and sealed wax, and shipping Vault-as-a-Service to enterprise partners.
If you think like an owner, care about operational excellence, and want to build the infrastructure behind the largest alternative asset vault in the world, youâll thrive here.
What You Bring to the Table:
Base salary range: $140,000-$180,000, plus equity. Offers may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
Principal engineer owns the multi-year technical direction and architecture for 3D geometry, CAD processing, and AI-driven Design for Manufacturability platform, writing production C++ and Python code at scale.
Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometryâs digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.
Xometry is seeking a Principal Computational Engineer to set the multi-year technical direction for our 3D geometry and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) platform. You will be the senior individual contributor in this domain, owning the architecture that turns every customer-uploaded CAD model into a manufacturable, priced, and routed part across CNC, sheet metal, additive, injection molding, casting, and finishing processes. This role also serves as the technical architect for one of Xometryâs highest-leverage strategic initiatives: the embedded DFM AI + IQE integration with our partner. You will lead the integration of Xometryâs proprietary computational geometry and AI directly into the partnerâs industrial software ecosystem â including Solid Edge, NX, Designcenter, and Teamcenter â integrated within the native DesignCenter environment to deliver real-time manufacturability feedback and pricing insights. The goal is a âscience fiction speedâ design-to-source digital thread from ideation to physical parts, with no export, no round-trip, and no translation loss. This is a hands-on role. You will write production C++ and Python that ships to millions of quotes per year, define the kernel and toolchain strategy, publish or patent novel methods where they create durable advantage, and raise the technical bar of the team through mentorship, design review, and hiring. The role requires demonstrated mastery of computational geometry, geometric modeling kernels, and the messy reality of consuming arbitrary customer CAD â STEP, IGES, X_T, JT, SLDPRT, CATPart, and DXF â at scale.

QA Engineer tests complex insurance platform features and data pipelines, collaborating with engineers and product teams from requirements through release.
SwingDevâa hippo company is the Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company â Hippo Insurance. Weâre here to make home insurance smarter and more proactive, using tech to bring fresh solutions. We also create digital products that support our customers, always focusing on what really makes an impact.
Putting a lot of effort into hiring top-tier professionals is a proof that we care a lot about tech experience, the attitude, human approach, and what we could call âculture fitâ.
âSwingDev is all about peopleâ - yes, it may sound a bit cliche. But whether weâre writing code or just hanging out, we know that people are at the heart of everything we do. We like to have a good time and keep things light, even when weâre tackling big projects. We could brag about whatâs making us special, but weâve boiled it down to two key ingredients: mature, companionable people who, rather than compete, prefer to inspire and have each otherâs backs; a culture of trust, empathy, and positivity that keeps us together, lets us interact as teammates and friends, and truly enjoy the ride.
So if youâre a QA Engineer looking to shake things up and have a good time while youâre at it, youâve come to the right place. đ
About the role:
As a QA Engineer, youâll join the Partner Programs & Portfolio Management project, the engine behind Hippoâs own insurance carrier platform â supporting both the PAPR (Partner Program data pipelines) and Risk Modeling charters within the broader Data & Carrier domain. You will partner with a Senior QA Engineer and Sr. SDET within the project.
Our team keeps the project reliable and scalable: the system that MGA partners, underwriters, reinsurance, and finance teams depend on to run the business every day. Youâll ensure that new features and platform changes â from data ingestion pipelines and catastrophe risk models to underwriting workflows and policy lifecycle changes â are properly tested before they go live, working closely with Engineers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers from early requirements all the way through to release sign-off.
This role gives you hands-on exposure to testing complex, business-critical workflows in a live insurance carrier environment, including cross-team collaboration across the entire domain.
